Ordered on online late at night. Saw quickly that I had ordered the incorrect size. I emailed them straight away the mistake I had made and could they correct it. Next morning I woke up to an email that my order was dispatched. WHAT? How so quickly (I was impressed). Did they get a chance to even open my email? Gladly they did and all in my world was good again. Service excellence. Im in Retail myself and it's not often that online shopping has that special human touch. Well done and I will shop here again.
I love Nero Giardini shoes and it is hard to find them at a decent price when you look outside italy. So happy I found your store and I am in love with these boots. Thanks for the great experience
