FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER €50 IN THE ROI

We aim for next day delivery in the ROI for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, however this can take up to 2 days and longer depending on our postal partners, peak delivery times such as November and December and on weather conditions which are out of our control. 

Delivery times will normally take up to when no restrictions are in place:

Republic of Ireland : Average of  1-2  working days.

UK :  Average of  2-3  working days.

USA + CANADA : Average of  5-12 working days.

Rest of the world : Average 7-12 working days.

Returns for the Republic of Ireland

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and Logues.ie which is why we’ll gladly refund or exchange your unworn purchase within 30 days of the date shown on your invoice/receipt.

Note: We have extended our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We welcome Returns to our Eyre Square store.

Returns can also be returned to our shop in Galway city. You can take your purchase to the internet Drop off point at the till in the ladies department with your returns slip.

No refunds are available in-store and this is a drop off point only and refunds will be processed via the online store as soon as possible and this can take up to 5 working days.

If you wish to exchange your purchase on the day, Please contact us in advance in order for us to have your shoes ready for you, And to avoid any unnecessary delays as not all of our styles are available in our Eyre Square store.
