It was my first time to order online. I chose the shoes because they were attractive and I had bought the brand before. Unfortunately the shoes turned out to be much too wide. In every other way they were just what I wanted so I was very disappointed. I rang the company to ask what the problem was. I was told that this brand catered for wide fitting which I hadn't realised. Logues were very efficient in posting the shoes to me, in accepting them back and refunding my money. They had stated that I would have to pay only €4.50 to post them back but, though I thought I had all the paperwork in order, I had to pay the full €9.
