I was prompted to write this review from an Automated email you sent me, 7 days after dispatching my order.... as of this morning I still haven’t received it!! After paying €5 for delivery, this is really disappointing. I actually ordered this last week and paid for ‘express’ delivery because I need the product for kids going back to school on Monday. I had to go out and buy a replacement product over the weekend, so I’ll be returning this order. I contacted you by email to query the delay. I was also extremely disappointed with the response I got! I was basically told... ‘Due to COVID we won’t take any responsibility’. I’ve ordered from loads of Irish websites in the last couple of months and if I’ve paid €5 for delivery for a small parcel then I get a premium delivery service. Most reputable businesses are passed blaming COVID for poor service. I know the delay as actually with An Post, but they are your service provider, so you should be holding them accountable. You are paying them for a ‘courier’ service... 5 day delivery in Ireland is shocking. I will be looking for to refund the shipping charge as well as the cost of product when you receive the return.
