I had a lovely experience of shopping for hiking boots today with Rob in the Men’s shoe section at your Galway store! My experience was the opposite, however, at the Women’s section where I was ignored for a considerable length of time by three ladies who tried to appear busy but in reality weren’t busy at all! Just an observation really but I won’t be returning to that section anyway!
