Delivery & Dispatch
We aim for next day delivery in the ROI for orders placed before 12 am Monday to Thursday, However this can take up to 2 days in general depending on our postal partners and on weather conditions which are out of our control.
Anything ordered from Friday up to Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday/Wednesday for the Republic of Ireland.
Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days for by our courier service. As a result of this, All orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday / Tuesday.
Our chosen postal partners are An Post.ie and Fastway couriers (www.fastway.ie) for all of our deliveries in Ireland.
If you need to return your purchase you can use low cost returns. Customers in the Republic of Ireland Only: Please use Returnmyshopping.ie for low cost shipping of €4.50 per parcel.
The last day for deliveries before Christmas is the 21 of December for express post.
When we use Fastway and An Post couriers, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery times will normally be up to 2 days working days for the Republic of Ireland and up to 7 working days for all other countries for orders placed before 12 o clock.
All gift cards purchased online will be posted by standard post deliveries 3-5 days.No postage fee applies to Ireland.
Logues.ie will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to adverse weather conditions for orders delivered late .
In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone to inform you if it is possible to aquire your order from our suppliers and the expected delivery date.
If this is not possible and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, We will contact you by email or by phone to inform you if it is possible to acquire your order from our suppliers and the expected delivery date.
If its not possible to do so and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, We will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.
