For Christmas retunrs we have extended our returns policy to the 10th of Janurary .

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and Logues.ie which is why we’ll gladly refund or exchange your unworn purchase within 30 days of the date shown on your invoice/receipt.

Note: We have extended our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In order for goods to be refunded, exchanged or credited:

  • Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet
  • Shoes must be in their original condition
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box
  • All returns, exchanges and credits must be accompanied with the original receipt within 30 days of date shown on invoice

We aim to have refunds processed within a day or up to 5 working days depending on busy periods.

Please include your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Contact phone number
  • Order/receipt number
  • Details of exchange or refund

Once we receive it back to the office we will take care of the rest and send over a confirmation via the email.

Returns for the rest of world

Postage costs for returns on items which have no faults or defects are solely the responsibility of the client and Logues.ie cannot be held liable for any such expenses. Postage is non-refundable.

When returning goods in store to: Logues shoes, Eyre Square, Galway

Please note that refunds can only be processed using the same method of payment as used originally by website payment services and cannot be processed at the till point on the day. It will be processed as soon as possible from the back office and a refund confirmation email will be sent out to you.

We can however refund the entire or part payment to a Logues gift card should you wish to make a different purchase on the day.

For Republic of Ireland customers only.

  1. Click on this link to be redirected to An post website
  2. Click on book a return
  3. Select Logues Shoes on the retailer list followed by the reason for your return and your order number from our email that we sent you
  4. You can choose to drop your purchase off at your local An Post office or if you can ask An Post to collect it for you
  5. Enter your details and click the box that you agree to An Post’s terms and conditions
  6. Click “Confirm Drop Off/Collection” to be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details
  7. Once you have filled out the necessary information online, you will be provided with a unique code

If you have booked a return for collection from your home or work, you don’t have to print the label as An Post’s driver will supply it

If you have booked a return for drop off to you local post office bring the unique code with you to have a label printed and your purchase returned to us

Please be aware that some smaller An Post offices may be unable to print the label for you. We suggest arranging a collection from An Post if you don't have access to a printer.

Note: We recommend you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. To prevent any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit we advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Logues.ie will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Unless the description states otherwise our footwear is not waterproof.

Returns can also be taken back to our store in Eyre Square, Galway along with proof of purchase.

Once we have verified the fault we’ll organise a replacement, a repair or a refund.

Under no circumstances will an item be replaced until goods have been received back to Logues for inspection.

Postage costs incurred by customers while returning items deemed to be faulty to Logues shoes will be reimbursed once proof of postage is provided and the shoes were purchased online.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchange

If you are wishing to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please send an email to info@logues.ie letting us know what item(s) you require so that we can check availability and if available place them on hold for you.

All items will be held for 7 days. If your return parcel and receipt have not been received by then the item(s) will be placed back on the shelf.

Due to the sales on the shop floor, some products might go out of stock and your order may be cancelled.

Returns to our Eyre Square store.

Returns can also be returned to our shop in Galway city. You can take your purchase to the internet Drop off point at the till in the ladies department with your returns slip.

No refunds are available in-store and this is a drop off point only and refunds will be processed as soon as possible and can take up to 5 working days.

If you wish to exchange your purchase please contact us in advance in order for us to have your shoes ready for you, And to avoid any delays as not all of our styles are available in our Eyre Square store.
