I ordered a pair of trainers on the Sunday night of a Bank Holiday week-end mentioning a particular requirement regarding the fact that I use my own insoles and specifying my weekly Fitbit step average . On the Bank Holiday Monday morning I already had a mail from Logues answering my specific questions and making a shoe recommendation based on my query.
